Las Vegas is one of those vacation destinations that can fit into anyone's travel budget. There are many options available to do Las Vegas cheap. You just need to know where the best deals are.
In Las Vegas you can easily find a cheap or inexpensive vacation package. Most of the hotels in Las Vegas are casino hotels and all of these hotels are competing for your vacation dollar. They know that you will gamble more in the hotel you are staying in than in other hotels. Hotels will take the hit on the room rate just to get you inside their casino.
When planning your trip to Vegas, make a list of all the things you want to see or do. Some of the best cheap things to do include:
- Take a photo under the famous Las Vegas sign
- Visit different casinos and take advantage of the free drinks while gambling
- Watch the free fountain show at the Bellagio Hotel between 3 and 7pm
- Catch the free Fremont Street Light Show. It is a few blocks long and has over 1 million lights. The show starts at dusk each evening

New York, New York has a roller coaster too. If you have children, then be sure to check out the Circus Circus Hotel and Casino. This hotel has an inside amusement park. It is air conditioned and you can visit no matter what the weather is outside.
There are casinos everywhere you turn in Vegas. In order to get you to come inside and gamble these casinos have to have something to catch your eye and make you want to stop inside. From low cost meals and free drinks to light shows and pirate battles, there is something that will appeal to everyone. Some hotels and resorts offer broadway type shows and concerts. The popular ones are not cheap but there are some shows that are affordable.
The Stratosphere Hotel and the Flamingo Hotel both offer a free Bottoms Up Show each afternoon. This means as long as you purchase an alcoholic drink the show will be free.
